The overcharged me over $100. My credit card company agreed with me. They do have a vast selection of healthy plants. Their prices are slightly higher than Home Depot

I normally do not leave reviews like this, but after being a customer of Bushel Stop since 2005 through multiple locations across South Florida, I was honestly disappointed with the customer service experience today at the Delray Beach location. I called ahead this morning to confirm they had mason sand available for a project. We run a large dump trailer, approximately 12 cubic yards, and before loading I wanted to properly dispose of a very small amount of leftover material from a previous job. We are talking about one small piece of sod and maybe a five-gallon bucket worth of leftover topsoil and sand remnants. Before doing anything, I specifically asked both the lady and gentleman in the office if it was okay to dump it there. They asked another employee, who I assumed was a manager, and I was told it was not an issue. I even offered to pay, and they told me not to worry about it because it was such a small amount. I then paid for 1 yard of mason sand because we needed clean material with no debris for a finished product installation. After paying, I drove around to where they directed me. As soon as I tilted the trailer to empty the small remnants, the gentleman operating t

I love to come to this nursery to buy new plants. It is organized, the prices are reasonable for the amount of plant you get per pot, and the service is polite and very helpful.

Spent a few hundred dollars on a 6’ Kentia palm and noticed a spider mite infestation within a week. The plant was isolated in my bedroom so no other house plants could be the cause of the problem. Contacted Bushel Shop and was told there is no refund or exchange for the sick plant. I have spent hours trying to save it. Horrible to buy a new plant and it be infested.

Approximately three months ago, I spent about $400 on plants from your nursery. One of the plants never performed well from the start and ultimately did not survive, while all of the other plants from the same purchase are doing extremely well. I returned to the store hoping for some form of goodwill accommodation. I was not asking for a refund, only a credit toward another purchase or a partial discount, such as 50 percent off a replacement plant. I also purchased all recommended potting soil and drainage materials from your store and followed proper planting guidelines, so I do not believe the issue was related to care or installation. Based on its performance from the beginning, it appears the plant itself may not have been healthy at the time of purchase. I was disappointed that there was no willingness to stand behind the product, especially given that only 12 weeks had passed. In my experience with many nurseries over the years, it is fairly common for businesses to offer some level of credit or accommodation in situations like this. It is unfortunate, as I feel a small gesture of support would have gone a long way and reinforced confidence in future purchases.
